Practical info

Departure and Arrival:

• Arrival time is from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. If you have to arrive later, please let us know.

• Departure must be done before 10 a.m.

• Free parking is available.

• If you wish to arrive by train, we have the possibility of picking you up at the station (To be booked at the latest 1 week before your arrival) - Maximum 6 people (Access our prices from the "Prices/Services" page):

  • Montélimar station 55 minutes from a Source,

  • Valence TGV station 1h20 from a Source,

Catering:

• Meals, breakfasts, picnics areto be reserved before your arrival (Access our prices from the “Prices/Catering” page).

• Breakfasts are served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

​Season dates :

• Low season: April, May, October, november

• Mid season: June, September, school holidays (excluding July and August),

• High season: School holidays (July and August), Easter weekend, Ascension weekend, Whitsun weekend, 1st May weekend and 8th May weekend

• House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Please smoke outside and throw your cigarette butts into the ashtrays provided for this purpose.

• Our toilets are connected to septic tanks. To avoid any malfunctions and bad odors, it is forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper into it.

• To respect everyone's peace and quiet, we ask you not to make any noise after 11 p.m. IF you want to continue partying, there is a dedicated space.

• Access to the swimming pool is authorized from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. For your comfort, we take care of its daily maintenance. Children under 7 years old must use armbands and have adult supervision.

• We ask you to park your vehicle in the private parking lot provided for this purpose.

• Selective sorting must be carried out, as we explain to you upon your arrival. Garbage bags must be closed correctly and taken to the containers located on the side of the road near the parking lot. Glass containers are available a few kilometres from the house in the direction of Vals-les-Bains in the hamlet of Asperjoc Pont de bridou.

Equipment & Services :

• The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

• Swim vests are available for the youngest of our customers. An alarm and a safety cover are also present to ensure the safety of little ones around the swimming pool. We remind you that children are the responsibility of their parents.

• The jacuzzi is prohibited for children under 15 years old and is subject to an additional charge (Access our prices from the “Prices/Services” page.

• Use of the washing machine and dryer is subject to an additional charge (Access our prices from the “Prices/Services” page.

• Bicycles are available to you free of charge. Use electric bikes is subject to an additional charge (Access our prices from the “Prices/Services” page.

• The activities offered by our partners are to be reserved before your arrival subject to availability  and invoiced at the end of your stay (Access our rates from the “Prices/Activities” page).

Payments:

• Payments can be made by credit card on site and we also accept Connect holiday vouchers.

• ​To be validated, any reservation must be subject to payment of a deposit equivalent to 50% of the amount of the stay. Payment can be made by transfer or credit card (VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or MASTERCARD). Payment of the balance is made upon arrival at the accommodation.
