Yoga

Céline - Yoga teacher and sophrologist

Yoga

Céline's project is a global health project for all, including well-being.

Her approach focuses on the body. Everything happens through the body, which is full of messages if you know how to listen to it. Our health requires us to take care of it on an ongoing basis, both preventively and correctively when a threshold is exceeded. The good news is that you can always change something, whatever your age or condition. And Céline is determined to help bring about a real transformation. The body is a whole, an inseparable unit in which all the components (head, heart, energy, physical body) need to be aligned for lasting good health.

Céline will guide you towards a postural readjustment, a sharper and deeper awareness of yourself and a physical, energetic and emotional unlocking.

Classes are open to all levels and can be adapted to meet specific needs.

Techniques can be combined or practised independently depending on the situation, desire or need.

Caving

Fabrice - state-certified guide

Via corda

The cave begins with a low passage where you have to walk on all fours for 25 metres before reaching the Gaude underground river, where you will be standing for the rest of your journey.

This is the most accessible active network (network with a perennial river) in the Ardèche, which makes this cave an original in itself...

The water part has a room with all the different concretions: stalactites, stalagmites but also draperies, columns and Aragonites.

An underground adventure for everyone!

A mineral world at your fingertips...

Claustrophobic people please...

Fabrice will be delighted to share his passion with you.

Fabrice - State certified sports instructor

Spéléologie

Fabrice has been an outdoor sports professional since 1984, training at the Centre National de Plein Air in Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ardèche (France), where he qualified as a rock-climbing and caving instructor, mountain leader and sports instructor.
He took part in numerous expeditions abroad, climbing CERRO TORRE (Chilean Patagonia) in 83. Ascent of NOSE in Yosemite in 86;
Kayak expeditions: Chile, Costa Rica, Portugal.
Fabrice equips numerous climbing routes in the south of France. His life is nature and sport. His ambition: to share his passions, help people discover nature everywhere and raise public awareness of its protection.
"Every day, as I walk on its surface, I thank the earth for its beauty and diversity. Using a rope, a kayak, a cave light or ice crampons only allows me to push my curiosity a little further."
Fabrice discovered Crete some fifteen years ago, and there's everything to discover there: climbing as far as the eye can see, caves on every mountain range, friendly people, a rare freedom.

Via corda
Accès au sommet

Access to the top!

‘Access to the top’ is an interactive activity designed by our partner Fabrice to create links and collective effervescence.

By combining the synergy of the skills of each member of the group, you may be able to reach the summit and find the symbol of cohesion which, according to legend, is hidden up there...

To give ourselves the best chance of reaching the summit of Mont Chabreyre, the whole group will be divided into three teams. Each team will have a specific mission and route.

The 3 teams :

  1. The walkers

  2. The cyclists

  3. The climbers

  • The walkers must orient themselves to find the right path to the summit and find the clues to discover the symbol. They will climb the north face.

  • Cyclists (mountain bikers) need to find their bearings to find the route and the clues to the symbol. They will climb the South face.

  • Climbers must reach the cave in the middle of the wall, where they will find vital information to help them find the symbol. A via corda on the West face over 200 metres high will give them access. They will climb the West face

Once the whole group has reached the summit, the clues and information collected by the different teams will be collated.

With the help of the treasure map recovered by the climbers in the cave and information from the other groups, you will discover the symbol of cohesion.

The activity lasts around 4 hours. The ascent is 300 m.

Walking difficulty is 2/5.

Cycling: 3/5.

Climbing: 4/5.

Mont Chabreyre is located between the River Bise and the River Mas, in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche nature park, right in the middle of the chestnut grove. The approach path passes just below Jean Ferrat's house, for those who remember him...

The view from the top of the Chabreyre is simply magnificent, a 360° panorama of the Cévennes, the Tanargue and the lower Ardèche. On a clear day, you can see Mont Ventoux and even the sea!

At the summit there is still a wall of carved stone that bears witness to the presence of a tower that could date back to Gallo-Roman times.

The price includes setting up the via corda, clearing the path along the flexible route, all the equipment needed for the ascent and supervision by a qualified instructor.
